The EAC Summer School takes place at the Culford School situated on the Culford Estate six kilometres north of Bury St Edmunds, and 40 kilometres east of Cambridge. The school was founded in 1881 and is a classic example of an English boarding school.
The historical market town of Bury St Edmunds is one of East Anglia's most popular attractions. The ruins of the abbey can still be visited today centuries after it drew pilgrims from all over Europe.
