All of our EAC teachers are TEFL qualified whilst our Activity Leaders are chosen for their previous experience and qualifications in sport and working with children. EAC are very lucky to have a large number of returning staff year after year. EAC make sure that we employ at least 2 qualified first aiders to deal with any accidents that happen. EAC make sure that all staff undergoes a thorough selection procedure beginning with an interview. Following this, 2 referees are checked and qualifications are checked for authenticity. All our staff attend a comprehensive pre-camp training and orientation days. These courses cover a range of topics, from security, fire drills, policies and procedures, to safety guidelines and site-specific risk assessments for every activity. Meetings with centre management team and staff take place on a daily basis and senior EAC managers visit each site regularly to ensure that our procedures are clearly understood and followed.
