Lancaster, dominated by its medieval castle, is one of the most beautiful cities in the north west of England. The narrow, Georgian streets surrounding the castle contain a wealth of attractions, shops and restaurants, making it an ideal holiday destination. Lancaster is also widely regarded as the 'Gateway to the Lakes'. One of Britain's most beautiful regions, the South Lakes can easily be reached from Lancaster in around 1 hour.
The EAC summer school takes place on the beautiful campus of St Martins College, 10 minutes walk from the city centre and with stunning views over Morcambe Bay. The secure campus houses all the facilities the students will need including apartment style accommodation, large sports hall, tennis courts, all weather pitches, theatre, Internet facilities and common rooms.
