Rachel joined EAC's HR department as a temporary member of staff in February 2007. With a background in recruitment, Rachel assumed responsibility for the Summer School EFL Teacher recruitment for all 30 centres, employing over 200 staff.
After a successful summer Rachel was invited to extend her employment with EAC and currently works as Senior Recruitment Officer alongside Susan in the HR Department. Rachel’s main responsibilities include the recruitment of all After School Club employees, providing HR support and continuing to oversee EFL teacher recruitment during the summer months.
Outside of the office, Rachel is a keen runner and can usually be found running around Arthur Seat at the weekend! She enjoys taking full advantage of the Edinburgh Festival each year and as a former dance student she still enjoys both watching and performing.
