Centre Manager:
The Centre Manager is the most senior role in any EAC Centre and as such it carries the responsibility for overseeing all aspects of running a centre, including budgetary requirements, liaison with all clients and suppliers, problem solving and dealing with all aspects of the smooth operations of one of EAC’s summer Centres.
Activity Manager:
The Activity Manager is responsible for overseeing the busy social & excursions programme for our students within the centre. You will be organised and have good communication skills and a passion for leading a team of Activity Leaders in providing excellent excursions and entertainment for the duration of the students stay.
Director of Studies:
The Director of Studies is responsible for the quality delivery of the academic programme for an EAC Centre, including all aspects of administration and Teacher performance. You will be required to lead a team of Teachers to ensure all students are maximising their potential throughout their stay with EAC.
Area Academic Manager:
The Area Academic Manager is our Senior Academic Manager. This is a peripatetic role which will require you to look after a cluster of centres and help the Director of Studies manage the academic programmes within centres, you will also be required to promote and run Teacher training sessions across the centres.
EFL Teacher:
Teachers are responsible for delivering and preparing lessons for up to 30 hours per week, you will be expected to deliver lessons to different levels throughout the summer and form an essential part of the EAC team.
Activity Leader:
Activity Leaders are expected to ‘lead by example’ and ensure that they are promoting, running and guiding activities and excursions for all of EAC’s students. You will be working closely with our students and Group Leaders to ensure the activity programme is fun filled as well as educational.
Activity Leader/Lifeguard:
As the Activity Leader role you will be expected to provide and run activities across the centre, this will include various contact hours within the swimming pool. You will be expected to provide essential supervision to our students whilst using the campus pools (selected centres only).
Residences Supervisor:
As a Residences Supervisor you will be responsible for the welfare and care of students after the evening meal. You will ensure that students join the evening activity programme and ensure the safety and well-being of the students whilst in residences.
