Responsible to: Centre Manager and Operations Managers
Hours: Usually 5.30pm until 2.00am – minimum 42 hours per week

Summary of Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Residences Supervisor will be responsible for the day- to-day welfare of all aspects of the EAC’s residential students and will report directly to the Centre Manager.  Your main role is to orchestrate the accommodation and ensure that students are safe and are encouraged to undertake a programme of evening activities

Your main duties include:

• Helping group leaders to settle students
• Dealing with any problems or emergency situations
• Dealing with any accommodation problems
• Helping to ensure that students are in their accommodation and not elsewhere on the campus unauthorised.
• Ensuring that individuals students welfare needs are being met
• Encouraging students to join in with the evenings activities and excursions
• Ensuring the security of the EAC residences. 

As the residences supervisor you are expected at all times to respect the residences and venue and ensure that EAC students are acting responsibly at all times. You will liaise with the Centre Manager to report any issues or emergent problems that may occur within the EAC residences.
